Excellent Auto Service

“Discover the Difference.....Join the PACC. It was next to impossible to miss their commercial up here and for awhile, I wasn't even sure what they did. A car dealer? An auto parts place? A video game retailer (Their logo is the old Pac-Man icon)? Nope, it's automotive service. Went here recently for a 15,000 mile checkup on my Prius. The good? They honor competitors deals and cut them by 20% if you use one of their many coupons. They also do a pretty quick job. They also provide a van shuttle back to your home or work locale. The bad? Only one really and that was they stop the shuttle at 4:30 on weekdays and the place doesn't close until 5:30. Makes no sense to me especially if you're stuck at work 'til 5 or later. Beyond that, no major complaints.”

Tired of the dealers

“These guys have kept all of our vehicles running with no problems our 1990 Honda civic had 360k on it when we sold it most of the service done buy Pacc. My 2004 Acura tsx has had all of its service done here and I always get great service .They listen and know my car better then me sure I can point out things but they take the time to make sure things are done correctly. Are they the cheapest in town probably not but those other places I would not trust to put air in my bicycle tires. Good honest and reliable thats what I think of these guys. Tired of the attitude at the dealer give these guys a shot you wont be disappointed.”

Honesty, Quality, Integrity

Instead of charging me $3000 plus for a new transmission your staff took the time to lookup the Honda policy for an extended warranty on my car. The local dealer has accepted responsibility and will be replacing the transmission at no cost. “We've taken our Honda and Lexus to this shop on several occasions and have been happy with the service. The cars are ready on time and prices are fair. There's not much parking in front, but if you go around the building you'll find more parking spaces”

Great place!

“I got tired of waiting for Frontier Toyota to get to me when I brought my SUV in for a simple problem - the back door wouldn't open. I jumped in the car and went straight to Pacc. They were extremely nice, knew what the problem was and gave me an estimate $100 cheaper than Frontier gave me over the phone. They ordered the part from Frontier (they use factory parts whenever possible) and went there themselves, since Frontier takes about 2 hours even though they are 1 mile away. They got the part back and realized Frontier gave them the wrong part and didn't have any in stock. Luckily, we found another dealer and they were able to fix it in no time at all. I was so thankful for their help and their courtesy. I will definitely go back there!”

“As far as I am concerned I think these guys are the best. We have had our vehicles serviced here for the past 10yrs and they have never done me wrong. They kept our 1990 Honda civic running for 350,000 miles no joke finally sold the car for $600.00.I have been to the dealers for service and have never been happy! These guys take service to a new level. Needed front struts for our Lexus rx330 they had the vehicle ready ahead of schedule. What more can I say they take phone calls and answer questions, we were just out of town vehicle decided it did not want to start called aaa and then called Brian at PACC just to make sure we would not get a bad deal on a battery in Vegas. he answered all my questions. If you want you vehicles to run well and are tired of dealer service I would suggest PACC.”


Been Using Pacc Since Their Opening Day

“I have been using PACC for what I'm guessing is about 20 years. I was there on opening day and I would never take my cars anywhere else, unless I was out of state. I pay AAA the premium service so if necessary I can have my car towed into PACC.

I would and have referred my friends and relatives to PACC and no one else.

The staff is very customer service friendly and Dan (the owner) is typically available to speak with anyone in person or on the phone.

I have spent many an hour - by choice by the way with no where to be shuttled to, in the waiting room and listened to many a conversation between the Staff, Dan and many, many customers and have always been very impressed.

I have been going to PACC no matter where my current residence is or was. Everywhere from the San Fernando Valley, to Acton to now the Antelope Valley.

Basically - if you can get there - GO THERE - EVEN IF YOU HAVE A BIT OF DRIVE - IT'S MORE THAN WORTH IT. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.”
